Kirton McConkie partnered with GBS to present the final seminar in a three-part series designed for HR professionals, business owners, and in-house counsel dedicated to employment and benefits law. The seminar addressed the complexities of health and welfare plan compliance which included presentations from two Kirton McConkie attorneys: Kenneth Birrell provided an introductory course on Association Health Plans and Brad Lowe discussed recent trends in Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
