Kirton McConkie attorneys obtain judgment dismissing claims with prejudice for clients

Kirton McConkie attorneys David Wahlquist, Ryan Frazier and Loyal Hulme were successful in obtaining judgment dismissing all claims with prejudice and awarding clients Ron Thorne and Grantsville Holdings, LLC over $158,000 in attorneys fees and costs. The clients were sued in federal district court for a $2.7 million deficiency following non-judicial foreclosure of development property.
