Congratulations to City Creek Reserve, Inc. for Best Retail Development honor

Kirton McConkie congratulates client City Creek Reserve, Inc. and its partner Taubman Centers in its collaboration on City Creek Center. The mixed-use development was recognized twice in the prestigious 2012 International Property Awards as Best Retail Development, USA and one of the top three winners for Best International Retail Development.

 Kirton McConkie served as counsel to City Creek Reserve in all aspects of the City Creek Center project, including the development of the shopping center, residential condominium projects, 5,000 stall parking structure, retail leasing, commercial office leasing and other significant aspects of the project.

Robert Hyde led the Kirton McConkie legal team that included Kirk Grimshaw, Steve Whitehead, Tyler Buswell, and many others over the 8-year development period. City Creek Reserve, Inc. has been a long time client of the firm.
