Kirton McConkie lawyers mediate separation agreement of LLC member

On April 11, 2013, a Kirton McConkie client, represented by R. Willis Orton, Cameron M. Hancock and Stephen W. Geary, was paid $1.55 million as part of a buyout of interests in an LLC. The separation involved complex ownership and evaluation of three entities in the USA, Canada and Mexico. The favorable settlement, payable immediately to the client, was reached following lengthy and multiple-case litigation in Utah’s Third District Court.
