Shareholders attend TAGLaw international conference
R. Willis Orton, Christopher S. Hill, and Ryan B. Frazier, all shareholders of Kirton McConkie, recently returned from attending the international conference of TAGLaw held on October 26-28, 2015 in Santa Monica, California. As a well-received part of the conference, Mr. Hill spoke to the combined Litigation & Mediation and Competition & Antitrust specialty groups with a presentation on the subject of “The Antitrust Implications of Restricting Uber Ride Sharing.” Mr. Orton, who currently serves as the co-chair of TAGLaw’s Competition and Antitrust Specialty Group, also participated in a mock trial demonstration “What Accountants and Lawyers Can Learn from Actors!” presented to a general session before the nearly 200 accountants and lawyers assembled for the conference. Mr. Frazier currently serves as Kirton McConkie’s primary TAGLaw contact.
