Overview

Catherine Grantham is a member of the firm’s International section. She assists clients with cross-border and United States-domestic corporate transactions, including regulatory and corporate compliance, entity formation, taxation, and business transactions.

Ms. Grantham also has experience assisting clients with appellate litigation and religious freedom issues. She has consulted with clients in many areas, including free speech and religious exercise rights and the Title IX religious organization exemption.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Grantham was the chief legal officer for Shout, Inc.

During law school, she interned for the Third, Fourth, and Ninth Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. She also interned for Associate Chief Justice Thomas Rex Lee of the Utah Supreme Court.

Experience

Appellate experience in federal courts, including drafting briefs for the U.S. Supreme Court and federal courts of appeals.

Assisted in a corporate acquisition by a private entity while serving as chief legal officer.

Worked with counsel around the world to advise non-profit organizations on compliance with data privacy laws.
