J. Garrett Huntington

Garrett Huntington is a member of the firm’s Tax and Estate Planning section. His practice focuses on federal, state, and local tax planning, corporate and partnership structuring, the formation and operation of nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit structuring and planning. Mr. Huntington earned an LLM in taxation from New York University and graduated with high honors from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. Before law school, Mr. Huntington graduated summa cum laude from Weber State University with an undergraduate degree in business economics.
