John K. Kwarm

John Kwarm is a member of the First Amendment and Religious Organizations section. John's experience includes civil litigation and trial work, criminal defense, and higher education administration.

John serves on, or has served on, the Utah Sentencing Commission, the Utah Indigent Defense Commission, and the Utah Fourth Judicial District Nominating Commission. John has also served as an adjunct professor at Utah Valley University and BYU Law.
