Overview

John practices business and commercial law focused primarily on the needs of the construction industry.  He represents general contractors, subcontractors, developers, property owners, sureties, design professionals, and engineers through all phases of construction and development.  He represents businesses involved in all aspects of construction including residential, commercial, heavy highway, and government projects.  John takes a client-first approach to resolving disputes to avoid the cost and disruption of protracted litigation.

John also has substantial experience litigating issues related to professional licensing, real estate, real property title, contracts, partnerships, and commercial disputes. He regularly represents clients in litigation, mediation, and arbitration.  John has tried cases in state and federal courts.
