Overview

Brian Tucker is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property section. He has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent and trademark applications around the world. He manages a large portfolio of patents and trademarks for clients in many different business sectors, including technology, medical devices, vehicles and automation, education, legal solutions, health and wellness, and many more. Brian’s background in computer engineering has helped him specialize in patent prosecution for software and computer-related technologies. 

Brian has extensive experience with licensing and other agreements, along with patent and trademark disputes, both before the USPTO and the federal circuit. 

Brian strives to provide pro bono services to individuals without the means to pay for legal services. He routinely volunteers through the International Trademark Association (INTA) Pro Bono Clearinghouse. He also regularly provides non-IP pro bono services and welcomes solicitations.
